Banners are the ideal solution for advertising and promotional purposes. They give instant visibility and are highly cost-effective. We can offer digital print and screen printed banners - please refer to our screen print section for full details.

We produce banners on a wide range of substrates, using the most up to date banner printing techniques and we can advise on the most suitable substrate and print method for each individual requirement.

We print banners up to 5m wide and 50m long in one piece and our high frequency welding machine means we can go large! We have a wide range of digital machinery available to ensure that we offer our clients the print quality and speed they require - detailed below is a selection of the machines we use and any relevant information regarding print quality and available substrates:-

Our digital presses allow us to print straight from the computer, meaning minimal set-up costs but very high operating speeds – the perfect combination for the smaller print run. Should you wish to print 50 or just a one-off, digital print ensures you print only what you need, so you can change your promotion as often as you like without paying the earth. And on the subject of paying the earth, we also take environmental issues very seriously.

Digital technology allows for complete versatility. We have a wide range of substrates available which allows us to produce innovative banners and point of display products.

HP Scitex XP5100 and HP Scitex XP 5300: The widest size available. 360 d.p.i addressable on to uncoated media suitable for outdoor applications - these machines are able to print onto a huge selection of uncoated media: trans-lights, front-lit, back-lit and double sided PVC's; fabrics (Lightweight to heavy Linens), self adhesive vinyls; and paper.

HP Scitex XP2700 - Superior quality state of the art digital printer: Printing up to 3200mm wide at a resolution of 720 d.p.i, giving excellent quality at high speeds, specialising in printing to trans-light material but will also print direct to a full range of uncoated media and suitable for outdoor applications, ideal for short and medium runs, prints sharp text and high definition full colour imaging.

HP Scitex FB6100 - Equipped with one of the largest flat bed imaging areas available, prints directly onto rigid sheet-fed media up to a maximum size of 3200mm x 2000mm and up to 50mm thick.

NEW - environmentally friendly banner substrate!!

We can supply a wide range of substrates including our new innovative environmentally friendly recyclable banner substrate - Poly-ban.

Poly-ban is 100% recyclable and is suitable for standard banner applications - it is a reinforced high density polythene scrim laminated both sides with a uniquely engineered low density polyethylene blend. Banners can be produced up to 3.2m in width and the material is 132gsm.

Even the eyelets are recyclable and can be thrown away with the banner - this is a major benefit as most banner manufacturers use brass eyelets that have to be cut out of the banner and disposed of separately.

Front-lit and back-lit banner materials available in a range of strengths - single sided and double sided. Digital PVC mesh - single sided and double sided, self adhesive vinyls, semi rigid PVCs and posters.
