Why are some umbrellas limited colour range?

We make umbrellas on site, but to cater for all budgets we also import many umbrellas that we hold in stock in certain colours. When ordered these umbrellas are printed within our usual 2 -3 week lead time.
What if I want an imported umbrella in a colour that you don't hold in stock?
We choose the colours we hold to cover the most popular corporate colours, if you want other colours our overseas factory can make these for you but the lead time will reflect the fact that we are bringing the goods in from overseas (usual lead for bespoke imported products is around 10 weeks)
Why have you delivered more/less than I ordered?
Because we make and print your umbrellas to order breakages or mistakes can occur whilst in production, we try to guage this problem by producing a few more than you ordered then if there is a breakage your order will not be delivered short. Occasionally we have a problem that means more umbrellas have to be rejected making a shortage on your order. On other occasions none of the umbrellas will be rejected and you may receive a slight over on your order. As we have been producing umbrellas for many years we usually get it right, but as a manufacturing company we must have a +/- 10% under and over policy.
